I learned a few things today.
1) Guys react differently to pole-dancing to girls. I saw this video on youtube, which blew me away totally.
I have shown it to a few girls, and every single one of them just watched in awe. All of us were wondering how amazing it would be to be able to do all that.
When I showed it to guys however, the reaction was indifferent. Daryl's best response was "damn strong". That's ALLL!!! Yon Jan's and David's reactions were even more unpredictable. They had NO expression on their faces, like YOU SEE GIRLS DO THAT EVERYDAY. (Maybe they do.) David did mention that he saw little kids do that on the train all the time. Of course, we know that he is a SAFOS scholar and all the "kids" he hangs around with are probably "Bamm Bamm" category.
2) If you are sincere about saving ppl's time by cooking them dinner, cook at home and bring it over, no matter how inconvenient it is. I wanted to repay David a favour, and felt that the best way was to return him time. Since he was supposed to be on "chef duty", I decided to take over the task. Unfortunately, David felt obliged to to stay in the kitchen to ensure that none of his cutlery go missing, resulting in him spending more time in the kitchen than he would normally. And as you know how every time you have a guest over, you end up taking out all your master pieces to show off, which results in an extended dinner time (but Yon Jan's model car and David's self-made radio were impressive. If any1 comes for dinner, I would only have a self-drawn diagram of a cell to show. Damn the BMS!). So overall, I ended up wasting more of his time:(
Then again, time spent with me is never wasted.
3) In computing language, memory =/= space. Space is the bigger number thing, and memory is the smaller one. Just remember that.
